About our Hawkesbury process server.

Charles Freeman joined the Canadian Process Serving Inc. team in 2005 after retiring from The Ontario Provincial Police in 2002. Charles spent his entire 30 year policing career at the Hawkesbury Detachment as a General Duties officer. As well as performing general duties, Charles also worked as a part time O.P.P. Court Officer in L’Orignal Court, a Marine Officer, a Breathalyzer Tech, a Coach Officer and was an O.P.P. Technical Traffic Collision Investigator and Collision Reconstructionist for the last 17 years.
