About our Cornwall process server.

Ken Heagle served 14 years with the Cornwall Community Police Service as an Auxiliary Police Officer. He began in August of 1990 and served 4 years as Auxiliary Constable before being promoted to Auxiliary Sgt. He was in charge of the 14 member squad and had training in various parts of the criminal code during his 14 years as a peace officer.
